MEET LILDELLA

Hello, I’m Lildella Douglas. I'm known as the Harmony Coach, Speaker, and author. I founded Heartstrings Timeless Sentiments in 2019, out of a desire and conviction to mitigate the deficit-based narrative around diversity and the increasing polarization happening in families, communities and organizations. Little did I know that 2020 would introduce so much pain and division and how much an organization like Heartstrings would be needed!

These produce success and longevity.  My experience as an educator and mental health consultant have taught me that the path to growth is simple and timeless, though hard. I don’t have all the answers but I do have the questions that can catapult you or your organization to rethink how you lead and do business.
